These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AeroBounce mobile application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
AeroBounce is provided for personal entertainment use. You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
All content in AeroBounce, including graphics, design, gameplay mechanics, logos, and code, is the property of the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without permission.
Some features of the App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms.
We do not process or store payment information.
Game progress such as coins, stars, and scores may be stored locally on your device. Removing the app or resetting your device may delete this data.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free of errors.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
